Jim has an impressive 38 years of retail management experience. After graduating from Old Dominion University with a B.S. Business Administration, Jim started his career as Store Director with Farm Fresh, became General Manager at Hannaford, worked for Kroger for several years then joined Ukrop’s Super Markets family in 2003. During his seven years with Ukrop’s he served as a Zone Manager and Manager of Retail Support. Since Ukrop’s, he has been Center Store Sales Manager, District Director of Giant Foods (Ahold USA), then most recently Store Manager for one of Kroger’s highest volume stores in Richmond.
As Market Manager, Jim is our hands-on brand ambassador managing all aspects of our direct sales of our products to consumers.
