As the Director of Product Development and Quality for Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods, Kirstin works closely with our development chefs and combines her passion for great food with the science and technology behind it to ensure Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods’ products meet exceptional quality standards. A graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Food Science (with a Human Nutrition and Dietetics focus), Kirstin joined Ukrop’s in May 2017.

Why Ukrop’s? Not being from Richmond, I was excited to join a company with such a rich history in my new community. I also was up for the challenge to manage a wide range of products from Danish to Lasagna.
