Favorite Ukrop’s Food: Pound Cake and Triple Cheese Macaroni & Cheese

Terri Joyce has always been fascinated by beautiful birthday cakes and even started making her own cakes for her kids. After taking a few classes, she was the go-to person for cakes in her neighborhood.

She has a long history with Ukrop’s, working for 17 years in various positions in the floral shop. In 2010, she was given the opportunity to lead the catering department at MARTIN’S, selling Ukrop’s wedding and specialty cakes. Meeting with brides and grooms has given Terri much joy as she enjoys sharing her knowledge them about the various kinds of cakes and designs – she even makes a sketch for them to take home!

In the Fall of 2016, Terri was given the opportunity to return to Ukrop’s as the Catering Manager. She now finds her passion in talking to Ukrop’s customers about catering needs, custom cakes, and especially their wedding cake!
