Brandy comes to us from Daystar Desserts, LLC, where she was Human Resource Manager—onboarding and supporting employees. She worked closely with the R&D Chef and Sales Department to develop new dessert products, resulting in sales to large retailers across the country.
Prior to this, she was National Sales Manager for Mavalerio USA, a Brazil-based dessert topping company, where she was responsible for expanding and leading the strategic sales growth for the U.S. operations. Brandy worked with customers to develop private label mix blends and launched the new product line at the 2017 IDDBA Food Show in Anaheim, CA.
Brandy joined Ukrop’s in May 2019 as Sales Account Director. She’s excited to be introducing Ukrop’s bakery products to retailers outside of the Mid-Atlantic area, utilizing her extensive background in food manufacturing.

Why Ukrop’s? I grew up with Ukrop’s Super Markets and my kids grew up with Rainbow Cookies from the West Park location. Being able to be a part of a team that had such warm childhood memories, and such an incredible local history has been amazing. The family atmosphere and the awesome products – I am so lucky to be a part of this team.
