We began selling our famous chicken salad in our Westpark grocery store location in 1989 and realized immediately that we had created something uniquely special. Our chicken salad is made from scratch using the simplest, highest quality ingredients. We begin with fresh all-white-meat chicken breast and mix in Hellman’s mayonnaise, celery, salt and pepper. And a little bit of Ukrop’s love, of course.
