Mrs. Marshall’s Southern comfort foods have been an institution here in Richmond since 1921. Mrs. Marshall’s has long shared the Ukrop family’s values for great food and treating people right, so we were proud to partner with the company in 1996 to bring her foods to Ukrop’s Super Markets. Today we still proudly make and distribute her famous Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Garden Pasta Salad and other classic items with the same love and attention to detail.
