PICKUP AVAILABILITY: Tuesday – Saturday from 8am – 6pm at Ukrop’s Market Hall.
REQUIRED LEAD TIME: Orders must be placed before Noon, 48 hours prior to pick up date.
PAYMENT: Your credit card will be authorized at the time your order is placed, but will not be charged until 48 hours prior to your pickup date, at Noon. You will receive an invoice when your credit card is charged.
CANCELLATIONS: Permitted 48 hours (before Noon) prior to pick up date.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT & EDITING ORDERS: We encourage all customers to create an online account with us to easily recreate past orders and edit existing orders. Order edits can occur up to 48 hours before your pickup date (by Noon).
GIFT CARDS: Our online ordering system does not accept gift cards, however if you would like to use a gift card for an online order, call 340-3040 and we can assist you.
CURBSIDE SERVICE: Available for our customers who wish to remain in their cars. Simply pull into one of the specially marked curbside pickup parking spots, call 804-340-3040 (press 2) and an associate will bring your order to your car.
TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: If you are a tax exempt customer, please send your tax exempt certificate issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia to [email protected].

PICKUP AVAILABILITY: Tuesday – Sunday during the regular business hours of the location you selected. For cakes needed on a Monday, please order for Sunday. Your cake will arrive to the store location on Sunday, and you can pickup on Monday.

PAYMENT: Payment is due on-site when you pick up your order. Tax will be calculated and added to your order at this time.
